The summer house of Hanibal Lucić is the most famous example of a suburban summer house in the town of Hvar. It is located along the ancient road that has connected Hvar and Stari Grad since ancient times. It was built in the mid-16th century. Within the fenced property are two houses and a spacious garden in the Renaissance style. The eastern house served as the owner's country house, while the western one was used for agricultural purpose. The Museum of Hvar Heritage is located in the summer house.
