The Gothic Jakša Palace was built at the end of the 15th century along the southern town walls. The second floor of the palace spans the town walls over which the front of the palace is built, with a Gothic triphora from the workshop of Juraj Dalmatinac, and the coat of arms of the Petrić family and a lucarne with a Gothic window. On the eastern facade there is a Gothic biphora, and the palace has Renaissance windows from the second phase of construction.
